Ernesto Carmelutti, our founder, was raised in a poor town located in El Salvador, also known as La Tutu. After a big effort for years, he could finally get his first professional camera.

 

He started taking pictures of everything that happened in his neighbordhood. Unfortunately, he had to stop taking pictures since he was threaten by the gangs (:C).

 

Nowadays, he is happily working at a Call Center and hires people to take pictures on his behalf, that way he does not put his own life in risk.
